We have recently found Intech and are interested but I now have a concern watching this video. This concern has also been brought up by one of your owners in their videos of things they like and dislike about their Intech Sol Horizon...I believe that's the model. It appears to have no insulation in the walls or ceiling. This couple commented that in above freezing weather and while laying in bed, the walls inside the unit were very cold to the touch. Do you have a remedy for this yet?

The box is made out of particular board so water damage is still possible vs a conposit box

Is there an option or way to mount a bug screen to cover the back opening when the ramp is down?

You guys need to update your support page. You are using the tankless heaters and provide ZERO information about the error codes. My navigate is getting more frustrating by the day.

Why put the big window upfront? I think it should be flipped and the large window on the back so you can back into the view you want to see.

Where is the jack wired into? The power on my 24 Navigate jack stopped working and cannot find a fuse or any connecting circuit.

No outside shower but I can live with that. I usually use it for doing dishes to save my gray water storage. Superb unit.

Although quite impressive, it’s rather annoying that I could order hundreds of combinations of custom things in your motorsports trailer, but can’t order anything extra in the RVs

Lose the propane.. go solar and all electric. Allow the interior counter to fold up to access the stove and fridge slideout. Seperate the space between the slideout and the battery/electical storage space. Otherwise great product.. if i ever get the money to burn i would have this over any other similarly sized model. Runaway and Hiker being the closest contenders.

We love our SOL Horizon!! Can’t wait for Intech to replace the A/C blower motor so we can use the camper. Bought brand new in April and the blower motor screams like a banshee and motor is hotter than donut grease to the touch. Hoping to hear something soon so we can get out there!!

I'm afraid of Lions and Tigers and Bears Oh My...pop up tent canvas will not give me the sense of protection...I hope in 2025 or 2026 they make a slide out so no hungry bears can claw through the canvas, otherwise it's an awsome unit, love the layout.

Definetly one of the best trailers out there. Two things that will make it almost perfect are: 1. A rail on the camping side wall and a metal counter like the Rockwood Minilite trailers. That will make the outside kitchen better with more prep- space or other uses. 2. A bigger (say 60 gals) of fresh water. While most overlanders are constantly moving, if I could stay in a beautiful place for 2-3 weeks without moving.

Does all the A/c in the Navigates have the soft start or just with off grid package?

Is there an option to move the tongue jack back enough to lower a truck tailgate?

which of the windows open? i def like openable windows to let breezes in/thru. is the water heater on demand? for the TV...if ur both laying down in the king bed, does the TV articulate out so you can angle it so that anyone lying in bed can watch it? for the wardrobe closet...we've never wanted to hang stuff...we want shelves to store things, like in a dresser. can you do that instead of hanging?
